Announcing: Camp Blackbird
Blackbird Farm is now Camp Blackbird! Pathways Travels is happy to announce the newest program offered by our partner brand, Blackbird Farm.
The new look: Camp Blackbird
Camp Blackbird is a fun, outdoor education non-profit program dedicated to helping students practice confidence, teamwork, and connectedness. This new camp encourages students to explore new experiences, work effectively with a team, and recognize the importance of being connected to others. Camp Blackbird provides ample support and safety including 24 hour staff supervision and positive role models to motivate and help our students daily.

While Blackbird Farm’s previous programming emphasized organic farming and sustainability, Camp Blackbird highlights the thrill and fun of nature and the outdoors. Some new and exciting activities include:
- Canoeing
- Archery
- Stargazing
- Out of the box sports
- and much more

Camp Blackbird will still host some of the best features from it’s previous programming including:
- Arts and crafts
- Ropes course
- Hiking trails
- Fresh farm to table meals
As a Pathways Travels brand, Camp Blackbird will continue to instill social emotional learning in the curriculum. Our activities are combined with teachings and lesson plans that support social emotional growth. Students can receive academic and elective credit for this 11 day program*
Located in Northern California, right next to the Hendy Woods State Park, our camp is the perfect place to get out of your comfort zone, meet new friends, and learn a little bit about teamwork. At Blackbird, you will find adventure… or adventure will find you!
